Working identity, ahead of clearance

OpenSight is a working, pre-clearance identity. The OpenSight Foundation Ltd, an Australian public company limited by guarantee, has not yet been incorporated. Nothing on this site should be read as a completed legal or trademark registration.

Trademark

™, not ®

OpenSight is marked with ™ because it is not yet a registered trademark. It will only become ® after registration with IP Australia, which has not been filed.

Brand assets

Not open-source licensed

Partners and media may use the supplied logo files, unaltered, to say a product "works with OpenSight" or to report on the Foundation. The endorsement conditions below apply equally to these files, and in addition:

  • Do not recolour or re-draw the logo.
  • Respect the clear space around the logo shown in the Brand Guidelines.

Trademark rights are retained by the Foundation, and these brand assets are not covered by the open-source software licence.

OpenSight's open-source commitment applies to core software, not to the OpenSight name, logo or brand assets.

The full Brand Guidelines are available on request from brand@opensight.com.au.

Using the OpenSight name

No implied endorsement

Partners and integrators may describe their product as working with OpenSight, for example, "works with OpenSight". They may not describe themselves as an "official partner" or say a product is "Powered by OpenSight" unless that relationship is formally agreed.

Attribution

This website

This website uses no cookies, has no forms, and collects no personal data. The only telemetry on the site is Cloudflare's cookieless Web Analytics, which records page views and no personal data. The only third-party script is a pre-launch feedback widget. It loads only on the preview host used while the site is being built, never on opensight.com.au, and will be removed before public launch.
